Site Selection

We assist you in selecting the optimal location, assessing feasibility, risks, and accessibility, and reviewing permits and licensing requirements — enabling fast, reliable decisions.

Project Management (PM)

We oversee the entire project cycle — from design to handover — focusing on governance, control, and compliance:

  • Design reviews (30–60–90%).
  • Schedule control, critical path, proactive deviation management.
  • Cost/scope management with objective criteria.
  • Supplier & subcontractor coordination; QA/QC plans.
  • Engineering support (selectivity, arc flash, etc.).
  • Work permits, energizations, switching, LOTO.

Commissioning (T&C)

Commissioning is active risk management. We complete all tests methodically, documented, and on time before go-live; acting as CxA for Owners, Developers, or EPCs.

5-Level Approach (L1–L5): FAT → Component verification → System construction verification → Subsystem testing → IST/black-building.

Deliverables: test plan/reports, risk matrix, and full traceability.

Legalization

Integration of local legal & technical requirements into your test plan and documentation; guidance through mandatory inspections & registrations (OCA, CAPCA, Law 1/2005, etc.).

Certification, Sustainability & Efficiency
