We are an Engineering, Project Management and Commissioning Consultancy Firm with a proven track record in large scale EPC projects, supporting End Clients OFCI packages or General Contractors CFCI Packages. We cover projects full-lifecycle from Site selection, Engineering design, Installation, Commissioning, O&M for HV/MV switchyards, Critical environments and Power stations. We have been involved in Hyperscale Data Centers, Power generation, T&D infrastructure, PV & Wind projects across the EU, UK, South Africa and South America, with +17 GW of installed capacity successfully delivered over the last 25 years.

Acting as the Owner’s Engineer and Client Representative, we safeguard capital investment through independent engineering, full traceability, and structured risk control. Our role ensures that project decisions are grounded in objective technical data, transparent governance mechanisms, and verifiable compliance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements.
Our delivery model integrates multidisciplinary engineering, project management, commissioning, and technical oversight into a unified execution framework. By aligning concept development, engineering design, procurement specifications, quality assurance, site supervision, commissioning, and operational handover, we maintain consistency and technical integrity at every stage. Through standardized processes, data-driven methodologies, and rigorous planning, we strengthen interfaces, reduce rework, and ensure that technical specifications and performance criteria are fully met – regardless of project size, scope, or location.
We work collaboratively with EPC contractors, suppliers, and certification bodies to reduce uncertainties before they impact schedule, cost, or performance. With transparent reporting, traceable documentation, and proactive risk mitigation, we deliver performance-ready facilities that meet defined technical, safety, and sustainability requirements from day one. Our objective is clear: protect the Owner’s investment and ensure reliable, safe, and compliant project delivery.
